The relatively small, down home casino in Ruidoso Down, New Mexico, along Highway US-70, has teamed up with Sierra Blanca Motors to give away a new 2016 Chevy Silverado Z71 1500. Players can earn unlimited entries into the drawing, scheduled to be held on Sunday, September 4 at the casino.

“This pick-up truck has all the bell and whistles,” Shaun Hubbard, owner and General Manager of Ruidoso Downs, told Ruidoso News. “The racing fan that drives this Chevy home on Labor Day weekend is going to be extremely happy that they came to the horse races.”

Despite Hubbard’s own oral extollation of the ongoing promotion, it’s not the horse races patrons will need to come for if they want to get their hands on the keys to that shiny new truck – it’s the slot machines.

In order to earn an entry to the drawing, casino gamblers must play the slots with their Billy’s Rewards Club Card, earning 10 comp points. Every 10 points generated is worth another entry to the upcoming drawing, with no limit to the amount of entries a single player can accumulate.

Don’t go packing your bags and heading off to the casino just yet, though. In order to be eligible to win the 4-wheel drive Chevy Silverado, valued at $38,000, you’ll not only have to play the slots to gain entries, you’ll also have to be present at the casino on September 4 when the drawing is held.

Billy the Kid Casino gives visitors over 300 ways to play the slots, providing an array of machines from today’s hottest manufacturers like Bally, IGT, Konami, Shufflemaster and WMS. The casino is open daily from 10:00 a.m., closing at midnight on weekdays, 1:00 a.m. on weekends.
