Sugar Parade Slot Sure to Satisfy your Sweet Tooth for Wins

If you’re anything like me, you played and loved King‘s Candy Crush Saga. Chances are, you played to the point the levels became so hard it just wasn’t fun anymore. But if you miss those cute, sugary characters and all the entertainment it brought in the earlier levels—and have a sweet tooth for online slots—you’ll probably love Microgaming‘s upcoming release of Sugar Parade Slot.

The Sugar Parade Slot is—in my opinion—a virtual remake of the Candy Crush matching game that every mobile gamer has enjoyed. The symbols on the reels look very similar to the characters on the Candy Crush map, made entirely of candy in that same cartoon character fashion.

The game has yet to be released at Microgaming casinos, but will surely be a part of the upcoming July launch of new games. So we’ll probably get full access to it within a week, at most. Until then, let’s take a look at what the brand’s teaser video promises.

Sugar Parade Slot – Coming July 2017

The game’s intro sucks you into a world of delectably sweet goodies as the main character symbols march their way over the hill and onto the 5 reels of this 15 payline slot machine. A Candy Land-esque background sets the scene, with the reels encased by blue and pink candy cane-stripes.

Symbols include 7 candy characters, one of which is the Bonus symbol, and another the Scatter. The problem is they all kind of look alike. But the Bonus is easy to pick out, being encircled by a gold ring. The Scatter is an ice cream cone.

The Sugar Parade Slot logo is the Wild, and the lower paying symbols are colorfully decorate playing card values of Q, K and A. Wilds take the place of all other symbols, except Bonus and Scatter, but do not offer multipliers on their winnings.

Landing 3 or more Ice Cream Cone Scatters on the reels will trigger the game’s free spins mode. Players are given 10 Free Spins. During free games, a 3x multiplier is applied to all winnings.

When a player lands 3, 4 or 5 Bonus symbols on the reels, it triggers the Sugar Parade Slot Royal Bonus. It’s a Pick Me bonus game with 12 candy characters spread across the screen. The player will get to select 3, 4 or 5 characters, depending on the number of Bonus symbols that triggered the feature. Beneath each selected character is a random amount of free instant credits.

The new Sugar Parade Slot will be available for all operating systems, including desktop, smartphone and tablet devices (Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, Windows Phone, etc.)

Release Date Accidentally Revealed?

Microgaming is being very hush-hush about the release date, as is one of their top licenced casino operators, Royal Vegas. However, in a Royal Vegas blog post announcing the upcoming release of Sugar Parade Slot, the author tripped up.

The publication says early on that “it has to be a sweet surprise”, and to “keep an eye on the casino to find out when Sugar Parade is available to be played”.

A few paragraphs later, though, the author recommends playing Microgaming’s prior sugar-coated release, So Much Candy Slot, if you “cannot wait for the Sugar Parade to launch on the 6^th of July”.
