Playtech gets Festive with Live Christmas Casino theme

Playtech launches Christmas Live Casino tables for the holidays.

With Christmas just three days away, everyone is getting into the holiday spirit. Unless you’re a proverbial Scrooge, you’ll surely appreciate the latest efforts of Playtech. The digital gaming group went festive last week with the launch of its new holiday themed live casino tables.

The new tables are now live at all Playtech casino licencees. The company, a premier provider of omni-channel gaming and live dealer studios, calls this holiday treat “an early Christmas present” for its licence holders and their players all over the world.

The December 15th launch of Christmas live dealer tables is spreading holiday cheer throughout the online gambling realm this month. Playtech is going all with it, too. The live studio staff have re-felted all of their casino tables to read ‘Merry Christmas‘, with festal holly leaves ingrained into the borders.

The dealers are getting into the holiday spirit, as well. Their standard, fanciful attire – silk and sequence dresses for the ladies, vests and cumber buns for the men – has been replaced with vibrant greens and reds. Many of the dealers are dressed to mimic Santa’s joyful elves, as well as Mrs. Claus herself.

According to a press release announcing the launch, the entire studio has been made over. The elegant new design features lights, garland, ornaments, Christmas gifts and other winter-season décor. All together, Playtech says it imitates “Father Christmas’ warm and cosy, decorative fairy tale Lapland home”.

The Christmas theme will remain in place on Playtech’s live dealer casino games from now through January 2, 2018. At that time, the tables will return to their traditional, opulent design as they ring in the New Year.

Playtech Takes Pride In Festive Live Casino Tables

“Following its overwhelming success last year,” says Playtech COO Simon Akad, “we are delighted to again be able to offer our licensees a dedicated Live Christmas experience, this time with twice as many tables, golden chips and multi-player options.”

As Akad references above, Playtech held a similar event last year. Its Live Christmas Roulette tables were the talk of the digital gaming realm in December 2016. That prompted the live dealer studio operator to expand its festivities this year, including Halloween Fortune tables in October, and Paradise Roulette tables over the summer.

Those offerings “have witnessed high player demand and very positive feedback,” says Akad, promising more is already on the menu for 2018.
