Parq Vancouver Casino Resort, opening Fall 2017, elevating the bar for Canada’s integrated resorts.

The Autumn months are just around the corner, and that means visitors to downtown Vancouver will soon have a new playground to romp. I’m referring to the Parq Vancouver Casino Hotel Resort, scheduled to open this fall.

Parq Vancouver Casino Canada Integrated Resort

In the works since mid-2015, the team behind the upcoming Canadian casino project has one clear goal in mind. They are determined to raise the bar for integrated resorts in Canada, and beyond.

How do you evolve a key industry into something new, revolutionary and ultimately appealing? They’re doing it through innovative design and boutique-style offerings, minimizing the gaming aspect while focusing on the delivery of today’s most attractive amenities. It’s a concept that’s recently worked wonders in major gambling destinations like Las Vegas and Macau.

The company behind the project, Paragon Gaming, has been specializing in the Canadian market for the last decade. It also has deep roots in Las Vegas, giving them insight to the most modern efficiencies in successful resort properties.

First Downtown Vancouver Casino

Scott Menke, the co-founder and CEO of Paragon Gaming, is especially proud of what they’ve developed in British Columbia. The Parq Vancouver casino will be the first in the downtown area. Menke believes the property’s vast amenities and luxurious design, combined with the city’s diverse culture, will draw countless visitors.

“We just fell in love with the city,” said Menke. “It’s so diverse, with so much to do. We had an opportunity to build a property that would be additive, bringing a luxury hotel product and restaurants to an entertainment destination.”

Location, Location, Location…

The company heads were very careful when selecting the location for the property. It’s purposefully situated next to BC Place Stadium and Rogers Arena, which host popular sporting teams like the Vancouver Canucks, Vancouver Whitecaps FC and BC Lions, as well as numerous live concerts and other special events.

This mimics the synergy casino tycoons are attempting to create between gaming and major league athletics in Las Vegas with the new T-Mobile Arena and Las Vegas Stadium, home of Nevada’s first NFL team, the Las Vegas Raiders.

Parq Vancouver Casino

The Parq Vancouver Casino Hotel is also mimicking the sleek, boutique-style arrangement that’s been so successful in Macau. The sky-scraping facade, clad entirely in reflective glass, dips low in the middle to form a U-shape. This presents a unique, recognizable design, and also separates the property’s dual hotels.

On one side is the JW Marriot Parq Vancouver, the first of that brand in Western Canada. The other side belongs to the first Autograph Collection hotel in the region, The DOUGLAS, named for B.C.’s abundance of beautiful Douglas firs.

Besides the Vancouver casino and 517 luxury guest rooms and suites, the property will also feature five restaurants, and a trio of bars and lounges. These amenities are specially designed by Blau + Associates, direct from Las Vegas, which puts great emphasis on the use of regional ingredients and culinary tastes. Another 60,000sq.ft. Of space is devoted to meeting and event space, and the largest hotel ballroom in the city.

Parq Vancouver Casino Opens Fall 2017

Deviating from the past gambling-centric design, into a more modern integrated resort structure, has proven successful already. Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands (by Las Vegas Sands Corp) and Maryland’s MGM National Harbor are perfect examples.

With the grand opening of the Parq Vancouver Casino Hotel just around the corner, Menke’s enthusiasm is at an all-ime time. “We want to bring the Las Vegas sense of community to Vancouver. We understand that to be successful, we have to be respectful to the environment and community we are building in” he said.

Stars Group real money online casino and sportsbook revenue up 50%.

Real Money Online Casino and Sportsbook Revenue Up 50% at Stars GroupAt the end of June, PokerStars parent company announced its official rebranding as The Stars Group (formerly Amaya). Not even two weeks later, the company issued its first quarterly revenue report following the strategic rebrand and relocation of its head office to Toronto.

Among the findings, which were mostly positive, it was determined that the company’s poker room is no longer the only big earner for the group. PokerStars is still the most profitable parallel for Stars Group, by far. But its real money casino and sportsbook offerings are soaring up the proverbial ladder.

In fact, PokerStars revenue actually decreased in the second quarter of 2017, down 5.9% to $202.9 million compared to Q2-16. The firm’s real money online casino and sportsbook products, on the other hand, rose a phenomenal 50.2% to $89.6 million. Casino and sports betting products now account for 29% of the firm’s overall revenue.

The Stars Group also lauded a substantial decrease in company debt, following a number of multi-million pre-payments. The company’s debt skyrocketed in 2014 with the $4.9 billion acquisition of PokerStars via The Rational Group (now Stars Interactive). Under the leadership of CEO Rafi Ashkenazi, who made debt reduction a priority following his appointment in May 2016, the company now owes $2.55 billion in debt.

“Our evolution and transformation into The Stars Group continued as we completed our name change and head office move, while our second quarter saw the strengthening of our core senior management team and continued solid revenue growth led by our real money online casino offering,” said Ashkenazi.

As for the future, he said, “We plan to use this momentum to continue improving and strengthening our business and pursuing our strategic objectives.”

Focus on Real Money Casino & Sportsbook

The “strategic objectives” Ashkenazi spoke of include a new focus on mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the real money online casino and sports betting arena. With PokerStars leveling out for the time being, the immense growth in the company’s other parallels clearly deserves more attention.

“Now that we are out of this quite tight financial framework, we feel more comfortable to start allocating more budget towards supporting casino and sportsbook acquisitions,” said Ashkenazi during a conference call on August 9.

He noted that the online sports betting side of the business is a “primary focus” for mergers and acquisitions. This should come as no surprise following last year’s brief, and ultimately unsuccessful, merger talks with UK bookmaker William Hill.

The CEO has different plans for the real money online casino side of the business. Stars Group announced their intent to roll out 150 new casino games before the year is out. That will more than double the existing games menu, currently at 99.

“When it comes to casino, and I’ll also include the sports betting, I believe we are just at the beginning of the journey,” Ashlenazi assured Stars Group shareholders.

Flat Future for Online Poker Revenue

He’s not concerned with the latest decrease in online poker revenue. Although Ahskenazi doesn’t anticipate a rise in yield in the impending Q3 report, he isn’t expecting further losses, either. Having just implemented a new loyalty program that revolves around recreational player acquisition, the CEO is predicting a flat margin in that department.

Comparing the mobile casino slots built in Canada by provincial regulators to the iPhone slots and Android slots of international operators.

There are well over 3,500 active online gambling sites operating from jurisdictions all over the globe. Only a small handful of them are located in (and available to players of) Canada. The vast majority of internet gambling websites are, in fact, located offshore, in places like Isle of Man, Malta, and the UK.

Mobile Casino Slots Canada - Android Slots iPhone SlotsProvincial governments would like us to believe that depositing with an international gaming site is dangerous. There’s no consumer protections, they say. What if you don’t get paid winnings? What if the games aren’t fair? What if, what if, what if?!

Having played at these websites, and authored countless articles and reviews delineating their services, I can tell you this. The most reputable offshore operators are just as trustworthy, if not more so, than the home-grown gambling websites regulated in some Canadian provinces.

The truth is, provincial leaders don’t want you playing with an overseas operator, because they won’t make money that way. Yes, their “What if?” inquisitions are valid, but only if you join some disreputable, rogue operator with all the integrity of a welcome mat. Play it smart, and with a little research into reputable operators, you’ve nothing to fear.

But the question we aim to answer is this. Is one really better than the other?

Mobile Casino Slots in Canada

Unfortunately, this question only applies if you live in one of four Canadian provinces; British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec. Only these regions offer a provincially regulated iGaming site where local residents can play Android slots and iPhone slots for real money. Actually, only three of them do. Manitoba just piggy-backs off the regulated site of B.C.

Those websites, and their range of player acceptance, include:

Playnow.com – B.C. & Manitoba
PlayOLG.ca – Ontario
Espacejeux.com – Quebec

If you live in one of these provinces, you have options. You can play at your local iGaming website, or choose an offshore operator. Let’s take a closer look at some of their most important qualities.

In B.C. and Manitoba, PlayNow provides its members with 178 online slot machines. However, only 65 of those are classified as mobile casino slots, available on the operator’s iOS/Android compatible mobile app. These games were developed by IGT, so the graphic quality and entertainment level is unquestionable.

For players in Ontario, PlayOLG offers a mobile casino app with exactly 89 slots games available. The OLG also employs the software of IGT. However, these games need only provide a slot payback percentage of 85%, per Ontario law. They could pay higher, but they don’t have to.

In Quebec, EspaceJeux does provide mobile casino slots, but there’s no app for it. Players must visit m.espacejeux.com to access the Android slots and iPhone slots on offer. In doing so, you’ll find that only 34 slots—again, developed by IGT—are optimized for mobile.

You may be starting to notice these operations all have a few things in common. But aside from the obvious employment of IGT software, and the limited number of mobile casino slots available, there’s one more thing you should know. None of Canada’s home-grown casinos offer bonus promotions to their new and existing players.

Bonuses for Android Slots / iPhone Slots Players

Throughout the two-decade history of the online gambling industry, promotions have been a key aspect of every competitor. Canadian law, however, does not allow its provincially run websites to offer incentives to new members. International operators are under no such restrictions.

Every offshore casino website delivers lucrative bonus promotions to attract new players. It’s no different than cellular phone services handing out the latest iPhones to new customers, or the first 5,000 visitors to a Toronto Blue Jays home game getting free T-shirts when they walk through the gates.

Android Slots and iPhone Slots from Royal Vegas Mobile Casino SlotsBusinesses thrive on promotions to draw customers, and the sad fact is, Canada’s home-grown iGaming websites are legally prohibited from participating in this traditional aspect of competitive marketing.

Sign up to play mobile casino slots at a Canadian operator, and you’ll receive nothing for your loyalty. Join a reputable international casino like Royal Vegas, and you’ll be met with a welcome bonus offer worth up to $1,200 in free bonus credits.

You can play an awful lot of Android slots and iPhone slots with that kind of free-credit wagering power. And it doesn’t hurt that Royal Vegas presents more than 350 slots for mobile users alone.

Royal Vegas Real Money Blackjack App for iPhoneThere’s a long-standing debate between Apple iOS and Android users. Which system is better? Which is faster? Which is more navigable, user-friendly, worth its cost, etc.? There are advantages on either side of the coin, but there’s one area where the Apple is golden. You can find a real money blackjack app for iPhone.

The Google Play Store has a global policy against gambling apps. Simulated gambling—that’s fine. But real money games are strictly forbidden. Apple’s iTunes Store restricts gambling content in some countries, but here in Canada, it’s easy to find a real money blackjack app for iOS devices.

Perhaps, a little too easy…..

Real Money Blackjack App for iPhone / iOS

A quick look in the App Store under Games > Casino reveals thousands of items to choose from. That’s a lot of gambling apps, right? It would be, if they were all genuine gambling apps. But the vast majority of them are not.

Like every other game genre ever fabricated for mobile devices, an overwhelming number of the titles available are designed as ‘free to play‘ games, teeming with ads and in-app purchases. There’s no actual gambling involved, and no way to cash out your winnings.

It’s all virtual coins. They encourage you to buy more chips, but will never pay back any money in your pocket, no matter how lucky you get.

So now, you’re left to weave your way through countless “casino” titles, looking for a real money blackjack app for iOS. I can tell you right now, more than 99% of them aren’t what you’re looking for.

Another alternative, you could try typing this in a Google search”

“real money blackjack” site:itunes.apple.com/ca

You know what you’ll come up with? A bunch of search results for apps that are not real casinos, but rather “online casino guides”. These are apps that merely review casinos. A waste of a few hours of your time.

If all you want is to download, open and play a real money blackjack app for iPhone, iPad, etc., I’ll save you some time. The following are four real money blackjack apps, created and operated by some of the oldest, most reputable casinos in the iGaming business.

I won’t bother getting into too many details here—just the important stuff. If you like the brief description, click the link provided to visit the App Store and read more.

Royal Vegas Real Money Blackjack App for iPhone

Royal Vegas Real Money Blackjack App for iPhoneThis is my absolute favorite. I’ve been playing Royal Vegas for years. It’s been online since 2000, and launched its iOS app for iPhone and iPad years ago. It’s updated very regularly with additional games, including Microgaming’s old and new titles.

The game variety is immense—the absolute largest in mobile gambling—and includes blackjack and roulette, video poker, and a throng of Microgaming’s most popular online slots. This app offers the highest progressives on the Apple iTunes Store, with jackpots worth over $1 million.

New members can claim up to $1,200 in welcome bonuses and take advantage of weekly and monthly promotions. The games are all certified ‘Safe and Fair‘ by eCOGRA, and there are plenty of secure deposit options to suit everyone.

Casino.com Real Money Blackjack App for iPhone

Casino.com Real Money Blackjack App for iPhoneCasino.com is another great app for real money players, featuring many popular titles like blackjack, roulette, slots and other classic casino games. The latest update jumped the game variety to over 200, so there’s something for everyone. The software is solid and easy to navigate.

New members get 20 free spins on sign-up, plus a 100% up to $400 match bonus on the first deposit. Log in for the next 9 days straight to enjoy another 20 free spins per day, up to 200 in all.

Click Here to visit iTunes and learn more/download the Casino.com real money blackjack app for iOS.

PartyPoker Real Money Blackjack App for iPhone

PartyPoker Real Money Blackjack App for iPhoneThis is a good app, but only if you’re an online poker fan, too—Texas Holdem cash games, tourneys, etc. There is a casino games section in the lobby, and it does offer real money blackjack, but it’s nothing too special.

On the plus side, PartyPoker does have a stellar reputation. They are distinguished enough to gain approval from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement to operate online gambling in the US. That’s saying something.

Click Here to visit iTunes and learn more/download the PartyPoker real money blackjack app for iOS.

William Hill Real Money Blackjack App for iPhone

William Hill Real Money Blackjack App for iPhoneThe William Hill Casino app (not to be confused with their individual Sports, Racing and Poker apps), is a good, stable platform with enough variety to keep players entertained for awhile. There aren’t a ton of games to choose from, but there’s a little bit of everything.

The app offers blackjack, roulette, video poker, 9 slot machines, 4 arcade style games and 4 instant-win scratch cards. The latest update doubled the welcome bonus to 100% up to $300. Unfortunately, it’s now restricted to UK players only.

Writing and Reading Good Canada Online Casino ReviewsI’ve been working on this website for years now. It’s very important to me, not just because it’s a modicum source of income, but because I truly believe in the information I write. The first rule of any creative writing class is to ‘write what you know‘, and that’s what I’ve always done.

I write Canada online casino reviews, game tutorials, strategies, news, and other relative topics, because I know them. I’ve played at these casinos. I’ve learned the rules of these games. I’ve researched and personally tested each of the strategies I write about.

As a long-time practitioner of the linguistic arts (i.e. writer), it only seemed natural to merge my passion for creative journalism with my love of casual gambling. Thus, here I am typing this, and here you are, reading (and hopefully enjoying) it.

But like any business—and it is a business, to be sure—there are positives and negatives. There are those who provide fellow internet gamblers with genuine, helpful information based on true life experiences. Then there are those who will say anything to make a buck.

The Negative Side of Online Casino Reviews

Every week it seems, I come across Canada online casino reviews that—quite frankly—suck. Having put so much time, effort and research into my own materials, it irritates me to think some unsuspecting reader might actually be gathering and trusting information from sites like these.

Today, I came across a page that was so ridiculously bad, it actually led me to write this today. It had to be the worst delivery of information I’ve ever seen, and that’s saying a lot. I won’t name any names (or domains). I’ll simply give you a one-sentence (if you can call it that) excerpt from the text.

Bad Canada Online Casino ReviewsCanada players can take advantage of the no deposit bonus to have a feel of the online casino no deposit free bonus machine they want to play with free spins no deposit keep what you win.”

There are so many things wrong with this, and not just from a grammatical standpoint, either. Whoever wrote it did have a purpose, though. Unforgettably, it wasn’t the best interest of their readers.

No, the idea here is what webmasters refer to as “keyword stuffing”. This occurs when keywords and phrases are used in abundance to gain a higher indexing rank on search engines. Thus readers like you are more likely to find these pages when searching for those keywords/phrases.

Look at that sentence again. There are so many phrases a person might search for when looking up reviews for online casino that accept Canadian players. The writer used all the most popular phrases, shoving them together into a single, nonsensical sentence.

And remember, you’re only looking at one excerpt from the text. The entire page read like this.

You Deserve Better

If you’re looking for honest Canada online casino reviews, text like that found in the example above should always be avoided. It’s a clear sign that the writer cares way more about drawing traffic to his/her website than he/she does about the visitors who are reading it.

There are other key elements to look for besides bad grammar and keyword stuffing. One of the biggest is over-promoting a product. We’ve all heard those annoying car sales commercials on TV, with salesman extolling their super-cheap, unbeatable prices on the world’s most popular vehicles.

Suffice to say, if a Canada online casino review reads like a car salesman’s script, you should probably think twice about trusting that information.

A good review will provide unbiased context, with proper grammar and punctuation. The occasional typo is fine—we all make mistakes now and again. And that doesn’t mean there have to be negative elements in the review, either.

Some online casinos really do provide excellent services in all departments. But when the grammar is terrible, sentences run on forever, and the promotional aspect becomes overwhelming, it’s a clear sign you’re reading the wrong Canada online casino reviews.

Evolution Gaming wins Best Live Casino Supplier at EGR B2B Awards 2017The EGR B2B Awards 2017 were held at The Hurlingham Club in London, England on Tuesday, June 6, 2017. All the results are in, the winners have been awarded. The most unsurprising victory of the night went to Evolution Gaming, the undisputed supplier of the best live casino games available on the world wide web.

Once again, Evolution Gaming was bestowed with the title of Best Live Casino Supplier of the Year. This marks the 8th straight year the interactive live casino games supplier has received this very award. It comes as no shock, but certainly deserves the heartfelt congratulations of their colleagues, as well as the players who enjoy these games so much.

The competition in that category was fierce as ever in 2017. The nominees for Best Live Casino Supplier, announced in April, included:

  • Authentic Gaming
  • Evolution Gaming
  • Extreme Live Gaming
  • Ezugi
  • Medialive
  • NetEnt
  • Playtech
  • SA Gaming

Winning the award 8 years in a row is awe-inspiring, to be sure. However, Evolution’s streak becomes even more impressive when you factor in that eGaming Review (EGR) held its first B2B Awards in 2010. That means Evolution has won the award every single year, since it first debuted.

Clearly, they’re doing something right if the most influential analysts in the industry have deemed them the best live casino, well… ever.

Marcus Huber of Evolution Best Live CasinoFollowing the award ceremony, Evolution Gaming’s Director of Distribution & Sales, Marcus Huber, commented on another successful year, and all the new developments they’ve achieved since their win at EGR B2B 2016.

“Once again, this has been a remarkable 12 months for Evolution,” Huber enthused. “In an increasingly competitive Live Casino sector we have further underlined our leading position with a host of innovative new products.”

Evolution has launched five new live casino games in the last 12 months, including Ultimate Texas Hold’em, Baccarat Control Squeeze, Speed Baccarat, Progressive Caribbean Stud Poker, and the Dream Catcher money wheel.

The industry’s best live casino supplier also raised the bar by installing Dual Play Roulette at two major London casinos, the Hippodrome and Ritz Club. Online players can now participate in the same live roulette games played by others, in person, at these locations.

Furthermore, Evolution held the grand opening of another live casino studio. Built within the Grand Casino Bucharest, it’s the first ever live casino hosted from Romania.

Evolution Gaming Best Live Casino for MobileAnd the cherry on top, according to Huber, has been the “continual improvements to the mobile gaming experience.” Evolution added a ‘portrait view‘ to its Live Lobby and Live Roulette tables to accommodate the smaller screen sizes of smartphone users, which make up an increasingly larger portion of the their clientele with each passing year.

“I thank all of our staff, our licensees and our players for this award,” said Huber. “To win it once is an honour. To win it eight years in a row is astounding!”

He went on to designate Evolutions 8-year winning streak as the Best Live Casino Supplier a “testament to the world-class quality of our B2B Live Casino solutions and the quality of operational excellence we deliver for our licensees and their players year on year.”

real gambling on iPhone without the stressTwenty years ago, if someone wanted to gamble for real over the internet, there was no question as to how to do it. They would log onto InterCasino (first to market, 1996) from a bulky desktop computer and wait patiently for their dial-up modem to load the 18 games that were available back then.

Today, countless people participate in real gambling on iPhone and iPad, comparable Android devices, laptops, and much slimmer desktop computers. There are a few more games to choose from these days, too. iPhone gambling apps offer thousands of slot machines, table games, video poker, a specialty games.

Sure sounds like the mobile betting industry has evolved in the most wonderful of ways. Or is the reality of the situation a stress headache waiting to happen?

Too Many Choices Isn’t Always Good

As a general rule, the human race loves choices. We love variety. We love knowing that mass competition between businesses in a fast-growing industry translates to better deals and promotions for us – the consumers. But rarely do we consider the flip-side of that coin.

With variety comes decisions, and with decisions comes stress. When there are so many iPhone gambling apps to choose from, we’re tasked with the job of selecting the right one – the best one. We know they can’t all be perfect. Some will have glitches. Some will load slow. Some may be run by rogue operators out to steal our money!

And what about all those games? With so many different games to play, real gambling on iPhone could become yet another stress headache after you’ve spent so much time selecting the “best” gambling app. Now, our brains are working overtime just trying to choose a favorable theme we think we’ll enjoy.

You may think I’m crazy, but let’s take a moment to look at the bigger picture. Let’s say you’ve got a hankering for ice cream…

You walk into a small, mom-and-pop diner and ask what flavors are available. The friendly worker smiles and responds, “Vanilla and chocolate”. You mull this over for a few seconds, then decide you’re in the mood for chocolate. A minute later, you’re licking away in cool, creamy bliss.

Now what if you went into a larger, franchise ice cream shop. You can’t even ask what flavors there are, because the list is so long. You have to strain your neck looking up and across board after board of optional flavors. The lemon sounds good, but so does the butter pecan, the mint chocolate chip, the fudge brownie blast, the frozen mocha latte, and what about that bacon flavor? How do you not try the bacon?

So much indecision! Situations like these can actually cause your stress level to climb exponentially until you’ve finally made a choice. And even then, there’s hat nagging voice in the back of your head – did you make the right choice? Bacon ice cream, that doesn’t eve make sense! I should have taken the butter pecan. No, the lemon. Dang-it!

Real Gambling on iPhone: Keep it Simple

If you want an enjoyable experience, minus all the headaches, don’t hit the iTunes store looking for iPhone gambling apps. Instead, go straight to a distinguished, reliable source. And don’t bother with apps that offer an endless menu of games from a multitude of software developers, either.

Royal Vegas Mobile fits the bill perfectly. They’ve been around since 2000, building a trusted reputation, and they don’t incorporate a dozen software brands into their gaming repertoire. All digital games are supplied by Microgaming, with a few live casino tables powered by Evolution Gaming. That’s it – purely reputable, nice and simple.

21 years down the road, InterCasino is still around too. Again, the reputation is stellar, but this is one of those companies that chooses quantity over quality, employing 11 different games developers. It’s not a bad choice if you want to avoid the search for iPhone gambling apps, but still have access to a boundless menu of games.

Fortune Lounge Group has long been recognized as the most trusted operator of online casinos the world over. It’s responsible for global iGaming giants like Royal Vegas Online Casino (est. 2000). Now, the group is welcoming three new online casinos into the fold, and veteran iGamers just may recognize some of the names.

Fortune Lounge Group New Online Casinos

All Jackpots Casino, All Slots Casino, and Wild Jack Casino, formerly of the Jackpot Factory Group, have each made the transition to Fortune Lounge. There was no official announcement or fanfare surrounding the conversion; just a brief welcome notice on the Fortune Lounge website that reads:

Fortune Lounge Group welcomes All Slots, All Jackpots and Wild Jacks Players!

All your favourite games are waiting for you. Enjoy regular deposit match offers, excellent 24/7 customer support, a loyalty rewards programme that credits you in CASH and lots of exciting promotions every month.

A very warm welcome to the club! We look forward to seeing you at the casino.”

All of the new online casinos – which aren’t really new at all, each being established more than a decade ago – run on the same Microgaming and Evolution Gaming (Live Casino) software as Royal Vegas and other Fortune Lounge operations.

About All Slots Casino

Established in 2001, All Slots is one of the oldest and most trusted online casinos in the world. As a member of the Jackpot Factory Group, the website drew in thousands of players with exceptional promotions geared toward its exceptionally high number of online slot machines.

About All Jackpots Casino

All Jackpots Casino was one the former operators’ newest casino, which is saying a lot since it was established in 2005. Its popularity has only been accelerated by the promotion of the internet’s largest jackpot and progressive jackpot prizes.

About Wild Jack Casino

Launched all the way back in 1999, Wild Jack actually predates the establishment of Fortune Lounge’s flagship, Royal Vegas. The casino’s longevity has provided a stellar reputation built on customer satisfaction in all facets of the iGaming business.

New Online Casinos An Added Boost For FLG

With the new additions, Fortune Lounge is now the proud host of 11 online casinos. The newly revised list is comprised of:

  • Royal Vegas
  • Platinum Player
  • 7 Sultans
  • Vegas Palms
  • Euro Palace
  • Piggs Peak
  • Red Flush
  • Casino LaVida
  • All Slots
  • All Jackpots
  • Wild Jack

It’s unknown at this time why the Jackpot Factory Group has (or so it would appear) been dissolved. Perhaps it was a long time coming, or maybe the parent company is working to consolidate its operations.

All of the casinos operated by Fortune Lounge Group, including the new online casinos on the list, are owned by Matla-based Digimedia LTD. The company acquired the Jackpot Factory Group and all of its casino operations back in mid-2014. Last week’s conversion was the first indication that such mass changes were on the menu.

Whatever the reason behind the move may have been, it can only result in a brighter future for members of these gambling websites. Fortune Lounge has long been renowned for delivering an excellent array of promotions to casual players, and especially its VIP members.

Following the switch to Fortune Lounge, new players can now take advantage of welcome bonuses worth up to $1,600 and more than 700 gaming options at each of FLG’s new online casinos.

Did you ever search for real money mobile casino apps in the Google Play Store (for Android) or on Apple iTunes (for iOS)? There’s plenty of them out there, and the competition is quite fierce. But is it a good idea to choose the first mobile casino app you find?

Real Money Mobile Casino AppsThe sad truth is – unlike standard search engines – app stores like Google and iTunes do not divulge how they rank the indexing of apps. Clearly, it’s not based entirely on user reviews. If I search ‘real money mobile casino‘ at the Google Play Store, the first and second listings have 4.4 stars, while the third has 4.7.

Likewise, the first option has between 10,000-50,000 installs, while the more popular third was installed between 10 million and 50 million times. The latter was also updated more recently (Jan 2017, as opposed to Aug 2016). And of course, both offer similar in-app purchases of $0.99 to $149.99.

To make matters worse, neither of them – nor any among the top 20 – actually offer real money mobile casino games. You’ll have to dig a lot deeper for that. And be careful, because not all apps in the stores are designed by their supposed namesakes.

The biggest problem is, due to age and regional restrictions, app stores often limit content to free-to-play, ‘social‘ casino games only. Fortunately, there’s a way around this. Players will have to access the real money mobile casinos apps directly from their source, such as Royal Vegas Mobile, LeoVegas Mobile, etc.

This is actually the better option, and it’s all because of that little problem we mentioned above. No one knows what incites app stores to index their mobile downloads the way they do. Instead, you’re better off looking up genuine user reviews of various real money mobile casino apps.

Researching Real Money Mobile Casino Apps

Royal Vegas Mobile Casino AppYou’ll want to make sure you’re gathering your information from a reliable source. I could tell you myself that I trust Royal Vegas. It’s been around since 2000 with no major complaints, employs the strictest security measures, and offers a vast collection of popular slots, table games and live casino options. But is that going to convince you it’s the best?

Probably not – and it shouldn’t.

Every player is different. We all have individual preferences and needs. We may be from different countries, use different currencies, speak different languages, prefer different deposit methods, etc. What I find most appealing may not be your cup of tea.

The best way to find good real money mobile casino apps is to visit internet gambling forums, where real users share their experiences. If you’re not finding any complaints, and the mobile app has been around for at least a year or two (the longer the better), it’s probably a good one.

Next, you’ll want to try it out for yourself. If you’re still a bit wary, don’t deposit right away. Take advantage of the free play option. See what games are available and how well the app works. With a little personal testing, you should be able to find the best mobile casino app to suit your style and needs. When you’ve found it, then you can make a deposit and play for real money.

eChecks are a great way to get money into gambling accounts. They only require you to have a bank account or even a web wallet, and they are as safe as can be. As a result, eChecks have become one of the most popular methods to gamble online in Canada. And when it comes to Canadian sportsbooks that accept them, Sports Interaction stands head and shoulders above the rest.

Sports Interaction is actually licensed here in Canada and is devoted to the Canadian market. It offers markets on sports that Canadians love, but sports that aren’t always covered by other sites. What’s more, because it is licensed here, you know that you are gambling legally, safely and within the confines of Canadian law. With so much ambiguity around surrounding these laws at the moment, that’s a good thing to know.

What is Sports Interaction?

Sports Interaction was launched way back in 1997. It classes itself as an all-in-one gambling destination, which is to say that it offers all forms of gambling under one virtual roof. Sports Interaction is a leading Canadian sportsbook and casino and is regulated both within this country and Jersey, which allows it to offer its services to players across Europe and further afield.

Sports Interaction was once open to US players as well. However, they stopped allowing them to join in 2013, with only those who had accounts prior to that date still allowed to play on the casino and use the sportsbook.

eCheck Bonuses

Sports Interaction have often been criticized for not offering bonuses as big as some of their rivals in Asia and Europe. And to some extent this is true. However, they have upped their game a lot in the last few years and the bonuses on Sports Interaction now far exceed what you can get on sites like SkyBet and BetFair, two of the biggest betting sites in Europe.

Sports Interaction announced a $100 Betting Bonus in 2017 that all new players were welcome to. There were terms and conditions attached to this bonus, of course, but there was nothing you wouldn’t expect.

This bonus is also available whether you use a credit card, a debit card or an eCheck to deposit. One of the many issues gamblers have with sportsbooks and casinos is that they try to funnel players toward a certain payment method by limiting the deposit bonus to those methods. That’s not the case with Sports Interaction. You choose whatever method you like and they give you the welcome bonus—simple as that.

eChecks to Withdraw

eChecks are not best suited to withdraw with. In fact, many gambling sites won’t let you use them. They are a great deposit method, but when it comes time to collect your winnings you’re much better off using an alternative method. Luckily, on sites like Sports Interaction you have many of these to choose from.

You can use any of the following methods to get your winnings:

  • Virtual Visa
  • Credit Cards
  • Debit Cards
  • uKash (UK only)
  • Check
  • Skrill
  • EcoCard
